ช่วงใกล้สิ้นปี ก็เหมือนใกล้สิ้นใจไปด้วย งานจากไหนไม่รู้ พรั่งพรูกันเข้ามาเหลือเกินนน ถ้าอ้าปากขอลาหยุด คงโดนบอกให้ลาออกได้ จึงเกิดเป็นทริปพักใจเล็กๆ ไม่ไกลกรุงเทพ ไม่ใช้เงินเยอะ ไม่ต้องลางานก็ไปได้ ก็เนี่ย อ่านจบ หันไปถามคนข้างๆ แล้วก็เก็บกระเป๋าไปกันได้เลยนะ 555
“เขาช้างเผือก” อาจคุ้นหู้หลายๆคนแล้ว เพราะเป็น 1 ใน 10 Dream destination ของททท. เมื่อหลายปีที่ผ่านมา
เห็นในรูปว่าสวยแล้วใช่ป่ะ? อยากบอกว่าของจริงสวยกว่าล้านเท่า!! ไม่เชื่อหรอ? ต้องไปดูเองละแหละ…. เดี๋ยวเราบอกให้ว่า ไปไง มาไง
Khao Chang Phuak might sound familiar to a lot of people as it was titled by Tourism Authority of Thailand as one of the dream destinations in 2013. I guess most of you would agree that it already looks very very nice in the pictures. However, these pictures still fail to capture the real beauty of Khao Chang Phuak because it’s millions times nicer when it’s right in front of your eyes! If you don’t believe me, you have to prove it with your own eyes.
(I went on a journey to Khao Chang Phuak in January 2014 and I can promise you that you’ll get much more out of this place than what you pay for!)
Step แรก หลังฟอร์มทีมได้แล้ว ก็คือ ทำใจ !
ทางขึ้น คือความชันระดับภูกระดึง ซัมสุดท้าย X10 บวกกับไม่มีสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกใดๆ ทั้งระหว่างทางและด้านบน ข้าวปลาอาหาร และน้ำดื่ม ต้องเตรียมไปเองหมดด (แต่ก็ไม่ต้องPANIC 8โลเอง ไม่ได้ปีนหิมาลัยหนู มีสติๆนะ) ที่จะมี ก็คือ 3G ความเร็วสูงไว้ให้อัพรูปอวดเพื่อนแค่นั้นแหละ
เมื่อหลอกเพื่อนร่วมทริปสำเร็จแล้ว ก็เลือกวันเดินทาง แล้วโทรไปนัดแนะกับเจ้าหน้าที่อุทยานได้เลย (081-3820359, 034-532114 ในเวลาราชการ) เพราะทีนี่เปิดเดือน ต.ค-ก.พ และจำกัดจำนวนนักท่องเที่ยวแต่ละวันนะ
เราไปตอน ม.ค วันธรรมดา คนเลยไม่เยอะ แต่ถ้าจะไปวันหยุดก็จองกันแต่เนิ่นๆ ละ ทางเจ้าหน้าที่ ก็จะถามรายละเอียดเกี่ยวกับจำนวนคน วันที่ไป จะนอนกี่คืน เวลาที่จะไปถึง (นางจะบอกให้เราไปถึงก่อน 7โมง และเราก็ควรเชื่อฟังแต่โดยดี เพราะการปีนเขาตอนเที่ยง ที่แดดส่องกลางหัว มันย่างสดกันชัดๆ ) แล้วก็จำนวนเต้นท์ (จะเช่าของที่นี่เลยก็ได้ แต่จะหนักมากแนะนำว่า ไปเช่าพร้อมถุงนอนที่ร้านขายของชำปากทางเดินขึ้นก็ได้)
แล้วถ้ามีข้อสงสัยอะไรเพิ่ม Facebook ไปหานางได้ นางไฮเทคมาก เสิร์จหาได้ที่ “อุทยานแห่งชาติทองผาภูมิ จังหวัดกาญจนบุรี”
As the saying goes “a journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step”, after your first step of forming a team of the brave souls, BE PREPARED FOR THIS ADVENTURE! Conquering the mountain as high as 1249 meters above sea level, climbing up steep slope with no facilities at all along the way nor at the peak, and carrying your own food plus water are something to be expected. Though it sounds tough but fret not! The whole journey is only 8 km (this is no mount Everest so don’t be panic hahaha!).
What is there, though, is the high speed 3G for you to share your breath taking view with your family and friends! (or simply tell them that you’re still alive! LOL)
Once you manage to have your friends on board with you, you can just pick traveling dates and call ‘Thong Pha Phum National Park’ office at 081-3820359, 034-532114 (within the working hours) to book out the dates for your crew. Khao Chang Phuak is only opened for the tourists from October to February and only takes in LIMITED number of tourists per day. I was there in January during the weekdays so it was not too crowded. But if you wish to go during the weekends, my advice it to book EARLY.
The officer will then ask you about the number of people in your group, dates of traveling, how many nights you’re gonna spend there, how many tents are you planning to rent (you can rent it from the national park but it’s super heavy! The other option is rent the tents together with the sleeping bags at the convenience store near the entrance of the mountain), and he’ll also ask you about the time of arrival (most likely he’ll tell you to reach before 7 am and it’s probably a good idea to listen to him. You might have heard of how the sun in Thailand has always been so merciless! Trust me you don’t want to climb the mountain at noon time when you basically might just be grilled in the hot sun hahaha.)
มาถึงการเดินทางไป อ.ทองผาภูมิ อยู่เกือบถึงชายแดนพม่า ก็คือห่างจากตัวเมืองกาญจนบุรีออกไปอีกพอสมควร บวกกับทางรถขึ้นนั้นแคบสลับชัน ถ้าใครขับรถขึ้นเขาได้ น่าจะใช้เวลาจากกรุงเทพถึงอิต่องเลย 5-6 ชั่วโมง(มั้ง) ใครกลัวเหนื่อย ก็ไปพักบนนั้นซักคืนก่อนก็ได้ อากาศดี และค่าที่พักไม่แพงเลย ส่วนใครไม่อยากขับไป สามารถขึ้นสายใต้-ทองผาภูมิ หรือ รถตู้กรุงเทพฯ-ขนส่งกาญฯ(3 ชม)และต่อจากขนส่งกาญฯ-ทองผาภูมิ(3 ชม)
รถทั้งสองแบบ จะไปถึงแค่ตลาดทองผาภูมิต้องต่อ รถ2แถวไปปิล๊อกซึ่งในแต่ละวันจะมีเพียง 3 คัน เที่ยวแรกเริ่ม 10.30 น.หมดเที่ยวสุดท้าย 12.00 น. (ใช้เวลา 2 ชมนิดๆ) ดังนั้นถ้านั่งรถประจำทางไป ยังไงก็ต้องพักบนนั้นก่อน 1 คืนอย่างหลีกเลี่ยงไม่ได้ ซึ่งสวยๆอย่างเรา ประเมินศักยภาพตัวเองแล้ว ขอเหมารถตู้ไปดีกว่า เราออกจากกรุงเทพประมาณตี 3 แวะดูพระอาทิตย์ขึ้น(ไปแล้ว)ที่ เขื่อนศรีนครินทร์ ด้วยนะจ๊ะ เพราะคิดว่าอีกไม่กี่โลก็ถึงแล้ว เวลาเหลือสบายๆ ที่ไหนได้พอเป็นทางขึ้นเขาเท่านั้นแหละเอ้ย ! 40กิโลเมตรต่อชั่วโมง คือ maximum จากนอนอืดอย่างสบายใจ ก็นั่งลุ้นดูนาฬิกาแทน ว่าจะไปทันเวลานัดไหม? คำตอบก็คือ ไม่ทันจ้า 555555 โดนพี่เจ้าหน้าที่โทรตามยิกๆเลย ยังไงก็ขอโทษที่ทำให้ลำบากมา ณ ที่นี้ด้วยนะคะ
อ่ะๆ หลังรายงานตัว ณ จุดทำการ และชำระค่าเข้าอุทยานเรียบร้อยก็ต้องนั่งรถไปอีกนิด ไปยังจุดปล่อยตัวของเรา บ้านอิต่อง ปิล๊อกนั่นเอง เอาเว้ยใกล้ความจริงละไปอีกขั้นละ เฮฮฮฮ
You might now wonder how exactly can you get there. As Thong Pha Phum district is almost at the Thailnd-Burma border, which is quite a long way from Kanchanaburi province itself, plus the fact that the road on the mountain is sometimes steep sometimes narrow (make sure the driver gets enough sleep the night before!), it might take around 5-6 hours (I think) from Bangkok.
If you want to recharge a bit, you can spend a night there first because the accommodation fees are really affordable and the weather is great up there. For those who don’t want to drive yourselves, you can take the public transport (สายใต้-ทองผาภูมิ ; South Line – Thong Pha Phum) or van service Bangkok – Kanchanaburi (3 hours) followed by Kanchanaburi – Thong Pha Phum (another 3 hours).
Both options will take you to Thong Pha Phum Market. Then you’ll need to continue your journey on a minibus to ปิล๊อก (Pi-lok). There are only 3 minibuses to this destination each day. The first trip starts at 10.30 am and the last ends at 12.00 pm. So if you decide to take the public transport, inevitably you’ll need to stay overnight there.
For me and my friends, we decided to rent a van (with a driver). We left Bangkok around 3 am and stopped by Srinagarind Dam to catch the sunrise because we thought it was already not too far from our final destination.
But we were wrong… Once our van embarked on the road up the mountain, 40 km/hour is really the fastest we can go. All we could do was just hoping very hard that we could reach the destination on time (but we couldn’t).
And finally we reached “I-tong Pi-lok” house, which is our home for tonight.

พี่เจ้าหน้าที่ พูดเป็นเสียงเดียวกันเหมือนกับได้คอมมิชชั่นจากร้านน้องหน่อยนี้มา โดยร้านน้องหน่อยเป็นอาหารเน้นแป้งให้ข้าวโคตรเยอะๆ เพื่อการเดินทางที่ใช้พลังงานเยอะ แบบไม่เน้นกับข้าว กลัวเดี๋ยวไม่อิ่มเดินไม่ไหว 555 เราทุกคน จะโดนย้ำว่าให้สั่งข้าวร้านนี้แหละ บวกกับน้ำขวดเล็ก ติดขึ้นไปเป็นเสบียงกันหิวระหว่างเดินทาง
และช่วงที่รอน้องหน่อยทำอาหาร ความยากก็เกิดขึ้น ตอนเด็กๆแม่สอนว่าเตรียมไปเยอะๆเหลือดีกว่าขาด ของที่เตรียมมาเลยเยอะจนล้น ต้องเอาฝากลูกหาบไว้เพราะแบกไปตายแน่ๆ (ถ้าจำไม่ผิดลูกหาบ 1คนแบกได้ประมาณ40กิโล)
ชักเข้าชักออกอยู่นาน สุดท้ายสิ่งที่เราติดตัวไปมีแค่ น้ำดิ่ม อาหาร เครื่องกันหนาว ชุดเปลี่ยน1ชุด ยาคลายกล้ามเนื้อ น้ำยาบ้วนปาก ถุงมือ กล้องถ่ายรูปและที่สำคัญที่สุดคือ “ทิชชู่เปียก” เอาไว้เช็ดขี้เปียก และป้องกันการเหม็นโอ่ 555 เพราะไม่มีห้องน้ำ *ใครที่ติดนิสัยต้องอึทุกวันได้ซึมซับบรรยากาศ “ขุดหลุมขี้” แน่ๆคิดซะว่าเป็น ทาร์ซาน เมาคลีลูกหมาป่าละกันเนาะ
Dine in at Nong Noy’s kitchen
At Nong Noy’s kitchen, you’ll never complain of too little rice. As we all know that carbohydrate is a good source of energy, you’ll be fully recharged with high carbs (and less of all other stuff on your plate hahaha) meal at this little kitchen.
Everyone who has been to Khao Chang Phuak emphasized that we should buy the packed food from here (+ a small bottle of water) just in case our stomachs decide to protest during our journey up the hill. From young, mama always taught us to have more of something because ‘more is always better’. So we stocked up a lot (really a lot) of food, so much that we couldn’t carry ourselves. We decided to hire ‘Luk-hab’, a porter to help us carry our heavy bags all the way up to the mountain. These guys are CRAZILY STRONG! If I’m not wrong, each one of them can carry up to 40 kg (up a super steep slope)!
At the end of the day, we only carried some water, some food, sweater, 1 set of clothes, muscle cream, mouthwash, camera and most importantly, “wet tissues”. This would (literally) save our ass when there’s a nature call because there is NO PROPER TOILET! For those of you who have a daily routine of taking a crap every day, you’ll experience a traditional caveman way of crapping by digging your own shit hole!
ว่าแล้ว เราก็ออกเดินเท้ากันจริงๆ เกือบ 11 โมง พี่เจ้าหน้าที่ ในชุดทหารพราง หนุ่มสุดหล่อ(ในรูปที่แล้ว) ชี้ไปที่ปลายเขาไกลลิบตา เพื่อบอกว่า ตรงนู้นนนนนนน คือจุดกางเต็นท์เราคืนนี้ ซึ่งจริงๆแล้วมันใกล้มาก แต่เราเดินตัดแบบระยะขจัดไม่ได้ เดี๋ยวโดนฝูงช้างเหยียบตาย ต้องอ้อมเขาตามทางที่ชาวบ้านเขาแหวกไว้แล้วแทน ทำให้ต้องใช้เวลาเดินกันประมาณ 2-3 ชั่วโมง แล้วแต่ “ความฟิต” ถ้าแข็งแกร่งมาก อาจใช้แค่ 1 ชั่วโมง ซึ่งนั้น คือ ความเร็วระดับลูกหาบ
เอาจริงๆ ลูกหาบ ถือเป็นสิ่งมีชีวิตที่น่าทึ่งมากนะ พี่แกแบกน้ำหนัก 40 โลไว้บนหลัง และวิ่งขึ้นลงเขาความเร็วสูง ด้วยรองเท้าแตะคีบตราปู ส่วนแก๊งค์เรา ขอต่อให้ทุกคนก่อนเลย ค่อยๆนักพักเมาท์ พักกิน จนกลุ่มที่ออกตัวตามหลังแซงไป ใช้เวลาเดินทะลุสถิติ ไปทั้งหมดกว่า 4 ชั่วโมงจ้าา 555
We finally began our the journey to the mountain top around 11 am. Our handsome soldier guide (in the picture above) pointed to the far-awayyyyyyy camping spot for tonight. It is, in actual, very near but because we couldn’t just walk there straight as there were troops of elephants marching on the way, so we need to take a detour around the area. And usually, it’ll take around 2-3 hours (depending on how physically fit you are, you might take longer or shorter). If you’re walking with a speed of light like Luk-Hab (those crazily strong porters who carry shitload of our stuff), it might take an hour. Running up and down the mountain in their flip-flops with 40 kg load of stuff on their backs, oh man these guys are just incredible!
Us? We’re in no hurry hahaha. We walked, we talked, we ate, we chilled and we realized the troop behind us already got ahead of us. In the end, we broke the Guinness World Record of (longest) total traveling time of 4 FREAKING HOURS! Hahaha
พอถึงปุ้ป ขายังไม่ทันจะหายสั่นดี ก็โดนปลุก ให้เดินต่อ เพื่อขึ้นไปยังจุดชมวิวพระอาทิตย์ตกดินซะแล้ว ไกด์เน้นย้ำว่า ใครกลัวความสูง ใครคิดว่าตัวเองไม่ไหว ห้ามฝืนเด็ดขาด เพราะทางนั้นจัดว่าอันตรายมาก แต่แหม่ๆๆ มาถึงจุดนี้แล้ว ยังไงก็ต้องไปต่อแล้วแหละ “สันคมมีด” คือชื่อของหน้าผาที่พีคที่สุด เป็นจุดวัดใจ ถ้าผ่านไปได้ ก็จะได้เห็นวิวสวยแบบในโปสการ์ดเป็นของตอบแทน โดยพี่ๆทหาร จะให้เราเรียงแถวตอนหนึ่ง ค่อยจับเชือกปีนขึ้นไป อ่ะๆ วิชาลูกเสือ-เนตรนารีที่เคยเรียนกันมา รื้อฟื้นเอามาใช้ซะ
We then (were forced to) go on to scenic point to catch sunset. For those who are acrophobia, or are not brave enough, DON’T FORCE YOURSELF! This route can both be a stairway to heaven or to hell for those who are afraid of height as it is very dangerous.
“San-kom-meed” or the knife-edged ridge was the last and hardest obstacle we had to go through. If you make it to the other end, your reward is a breath-taking view like those you see on the postcards. The guide would ask us to walk in one row and climb up using the rope.

What make the 360-degree view in front of you even more beautiful and meaningful is your fellow travellers, friends or strangers, as well as the soldier guides. Everyone really helps taking care of one another.
Like this guy in the picture, I don’t even know him. He doesn’t even know me. We rarely talk on the way but he always offers to help me carry my backpack. But why?
“เร็วเข้าๆ เดี๋ยวจะมืดแล้ว”
ทุกคนโดนบังคับให้ไปนั่งรอชมพระอาทิตย์ตกดิน หลังปีนข้าม “สันคมมีด” กลับไปแล้ว นึกภาพเวลาปีนบันไดลิงตามดูนะ ตอนลงมันต้องหันหลังลงใช่ป่ะ ซึ่งจะต่างกันก็ตรงที่ หินที่ใช้เหยียบเป็นขั้นไม่ได้มาแบบเรียงตัวสวยงามเวลาจะก้าว ต้องเอี้ยวหลังไปเล็งให้ดีก่อน เหตุไม่คาดฝันก็เกิดขึ้นตรงนี้ เมื่อพี่คนข้างหน้าเรา เกิดเสียหลักจังหวะที่เอี้ยวตัวไป เพราะเป้ที่สะพายไว้ รั้ง ทำให้พลิกตกเขาไป!!!
“เชี่ยยย จะตายไหมมมมม แล้วถ้าตายทำไงงงงงงง เชี่ยยยยยๆๆๆๆๆๆๆ” เราพูดได้แค่ในใจเท่านั้นแหละ เพราะตอนนั้นชาไปหมดทั้งตัวแล้ว
แต่เดชะบุญพี่เขาคว้าต้นหญ้าแถวนั้นไว้ได้ ทำให้ไถลลงไปเพียง2 เมตรกว่าๆเท่านั้นพี่ทหารทุกคน ทุกคนจริงๆก็วิ่งตามลงไปช่วย ดันเขากลับขึ้นมา
โมเม้นที่พี่แกกลับขึ้นแบบยิ่งใหญ่สัดอะ อยากจะวิ่งไปกอดแสดงความยินดี แต่ติดที่กูเนี่ยแหละ เป็นคิวต่อไปที่ต้องปีนไปจุดที่แกตกลงไปเมื่อกี้…
จะเป้ จะกล้อง จะอะไรก็ตาม เอาไปให้หมดเลยข่าา กูขอเอาชีวิตให้รอดก่อนข่าาา
“Hurry up! It’s getting dark soon”, the guide shouted to rush all of us as the night was falling. We still needed to climb down the ‘stairs of stones’. But no! the stairs were not nicely built and we needed to be careful with every step we took as we were climbing down.
Unexpectedly, the guy in front of me mistook the step and because of the backpack he was carrying, he tripped and fell as he was climbing down!!!!
“Oh f*ckkkkkk! Is this gonna be the end of his life? How? How? Oh godddd!!!”
Fortunately, he could grab on to the grass and fell off for only 2 metres. ALL the soldiers then quickly climbed to push him up.
That moment when he got back on his feet, I was very relieved. But that feeling didn’t last for long because “I’m next”. YES! I was the next one to go through the path where he just fell off.
And that moment I realized, no f*cking thing is more important than my life! Not even my precious camera!
ก็อย่างที่คนเขาว่า อะไรได้มาง่ายๆ เรามักจะไม่ให้ความสำคัญ เพราะฉะนั้น วิวสวยขาดใจแบบนี้ ก็ต้องแลกด้วยหยาดเหงื่อ แรงกาย และกำลังใจก้อนใหญ่ๆ เมื่อพ้นสันคมมีดมา จะเข้าช่วงสันเขาสูง ที่เรียงยาวเป็นเส้น ทางเดิน กว้างเพียงเท้าสองข้างวางชิดกัน ในบางช่วงจะมีเชือกให้จับ แต่บางช่วงก็ต้องกลั้นใจเดินแบบไม่มองข้างๆ ที่เป็นเหวลึกลงไปสุดสายตา เราใช้เวลาเดินไปถึงยอดเขาช้างเผือก ประมาณ 1 ชั่วโมง ซึ่งผ่านไปเร็วมาก เหมือนว้าบเอาเลย
Like they say, easy come easy go. So this time, for this kind of breath-taking views that we had to work hard and ‘sweat hard’ for, we’ll definitely appreciate it.
After conquering the knife-edged ridge, we still needed to pass through narrow path (with the width that perfectly fit our 2 feet). Some path comes with the rope for you to hold on to but some don’t. So you would have to just ignore the scary side view of the cliff where you can’t even see the bottom and walk (extra) carefully.
It took us around 1 hour to reach the mountain top of Khao Chang Phuak. And everything just happened so quickly. But that’s not the end. We still had to camp, which is another fun part of this trip.
ยังงง! ความพีคของทริปยังไม่หยุดอยู่แค่นี้ ยังมีเรื่องสนุกอีกอย่างรออยู่ นั่นก็คือ การตั้งแคมป์นั่นเอง ชีวิตบนนี้ มีความยากอยู่แค่ 3 อย่าง ถ้าอ่านแล้ว คิดว่าจิ้บจ้อยสำหรับตัวเอง ก็ผ่านฉลุยแล้วหละ
In conclusion, there are only 3 main obstacles for this trip. If these are just a piece of cake to you, YOU ARE READY TO ROLL!
เรื่องแรก “อาหาร” ส่วนตัวคิดว่า คงไม่มีใคร-ยาก ขนาดกินมาม่าไม่ได้ ฉะนั้นเบสิคสุด ก็คือพกพวกอาหารกึ่งสำเร็จรูปพวกนี้ไปซะแล้วก็อย่ามาขี้งก ซื้อแบบซองหละ แต่ใครอยากเพิ่มระดับความฟิน ก็สามารถแบกเตา แบกถ่าน ขึ้นไปปิ้งหมูกะทะแบบที่เต็นท์ข้างๆ เราทำก็ไม่ผิด
เรื่องที่สอง “อากาศ” อันนี้รับมือง่ายหน่อย ใครขี้หนาว ก็เตรียมไปเยอะๆเลย ยอมตัวพองเป็นแหนมตุ้มจิ๋วดีกว่าแข็งตายนะแก
เรื่องสุดท้าย ก็คือ “ห้องน้ำ” อาจจะเป็นฝันร้ายนิดหน่อย สำหรับคนลำไส้สั้น แบบกินปุ้ป อยากขี้ปั้ป แนะนำว่า ให้เตรียมทิชชู่เปียก และเพื่อนที่ไว้ใจได้ 1 คน พร้อมไฟฉาย เอาทิชชู่(ธรรมดา) อุดจมูก กันเป็นลมจากกลิ่น แล้วเปิดไปในส้วมหลุม ให้เพื่อนส่องไฟ เข้าไปอยู่ในท่าเตรียมปลดทุกข์ พอเสร็จกิจ ค่อยเรียกให้มันส่องไฟมารับ กันก้าวพลาด เดินตกหลุมขี้นะแก อิอิ
First obstacle is the FOOD! I guess everyone is generally okay with instant noodles. So my advice is to pack this kind of instant food (that come with ready-use containers). If you wish, you can also bring the BBQ set up to have a little BBQ party at the peak.
Second obstacle is the WEATHER. This is pretty easy to handle. Just bring lots of winter clothes.
The last (and probably the hardest) obstacle is the TOILET. This might be a nightmare for those who have problematic bowel. No worries. Be sure to have wet tissues, flashlight, and a friend with you. Something to cover your nose while doing your business might be a good idea too! Once you’re done, be careful not to fall into your own shithole.

เพราะวันที่ไป เป็นวันจันทร์เต็มดวงพอดี ดาวนายพราน ดาวลูกไก่ ดาวไรต่ออะไรที่ท่องมา ไม่เห็นเลยจ้า แถมลมยังแรงมาก พวกเราเลยขอเป็นผู้แพ้เข้าไปนอน แล้วนัดกันว่าจะขอตื่นมาดูพระอาทิตย์ขึ้นแทนก็แล้วกัน แต่รู้ตัวอีกที… ก็เป็นเสียงพี่ทหารเรียกให้ตื่นมาเก็บของเตรียมตัวลงเขาได้แล้ว ซึ่งต่อให้ง่วงแค่ไหน ก็จะโดนกดดันจากเหล่าลูกหาบ ที่มายืมรอหน้าเต็นท์ เตรียมหาบสัมภาระเราลงไป จะได้ลงไปทัน หาบของจากนักปีนเขาหน้าใหม่รอบเช้า
GOOD TO KNOW
ข้างบนนี้ไม่มี ก็คือ ถังขยะ ฉะนั้นทุกคนต้องแพ็คเศษซากของใช้แล้วทุกอย่างลงไปทิ้งด้านล่าง แม้แต่ทิชชู่เปียก ที่ใช้เช็ดขี้ตีนแล้ว ก็ด้วย
Unfortunately, the full moon was shining brightly on the night we were there so we couldn’t really see any stars in the sky. Plus the fact that it was so windy, we decided to go inside and rest early so we could catch the sunrise the next morning.
However, by the time we woke up, the soldier guide was already rushing us to make our way back. You will not only be pressured by the soldiers, but also Luk-hab, the porter who would be waiting for you to pack up so that they can carry your stuff down and get ready for the next batch of customers.
I forgot to mention that there is no dust bin there. So everyone must bring down their own trash (even the wet tissue that you use to wipe your butt).

เป็นประโยคเดียวในโปสการ์ดที่เราส่งหาตัวเองก่อนกลับ เพื่อแทนความรู้สึกทั้งหมดตลอด 2 วัน 1 คืนบนเขาช้างเผือกนี้ ใครกังวลอยู่ว่าจะลำบากเกินไปไหม จะอันตรายเกินไปไหม แต่อยากจะเห็น วิวที่น่าประทับใจแบบในรูปแล้ววว เลิกคิดมากแล้วไปหาวันว่างซะ!!!! เพราะถ้าคนไม่ออกกำลังกายแถมยังกลัวความสูงอย่างเรายังรอดมาได้ แล้วทำไมคนอื่นๆจะทำไม่ได้ละ
“Tired… yet I’m glad to be here”. This is the only sentence I wrote on the postcard to conclude everything that happened in my 2 day 1 night trip to Khao Chang Phuak. I then sent it to myself before I went back.
For those who want to experience such impressive views of Khao Chang Phuak yourself but still doubt whether it’s gonna be too hard or too dangerous, my advice is to just pack up and go!! If someone who doesn’t exercise regularly, is not physically fit, is afraid of height like ME can survive this, YOU CAN DO IT TOO!
